Agrisearch Analytical is a contract laboratory specialising in the analysis of agrochemical and veterinary medicine residues in crops, animal tissues and environmental samples. Agrisearch Analytical also develops agrochemical and animal health products and tests such products for stability, active content and physical properties. It is a joint venture between Agrisearch Services Pty Ltd and Ross Shields. The directors are Martin Collett and Ian Ridley from Agrisearch Services Pty Ltd and Ross Shields.
Ross Shields is the Managing Director of Agrisearch Analytical. He has over 30 years experience in the analysis of pesticide residues and agrochemical products. Ross has built an experienced team of analysts around him and ensures they have the latest in analytical technology.
The team at Agrisearch Analytical has experience with the analysis of most developmental agrochemicals being registered for use in Australia and hence is in a position to offer sound advice for the analysis of the same compounds in food and environmental samples.
Ross maintains strong personal links with major clients in the agrochemical and food industries. He is in regular contact with regulatory authorities both locally (APVMA) and internationally.
Our experienced residue analysts work in modern, well designed laboratory space using state-of-the-art analytical technology in the inner Sydney suburb of Rozelle. In addition we have recently added a new purpose built laboratory in Orange to do product development and testing. You benefit, because these facilities help us maintain our high quality standards.
